International Youth Educational, Cultural, And Technical Exchange
The International Youth Educational, Cultural, And Technical Exchange—or the CEP-Y-International program—is designed to harness the potential of the youth by allowing them to implement innovative solutions, ideas, and practices in order to solve their regions most challenging socio-economic issues. This program’s mission is to lay the foundation for an innovative and friendly world in which all can live without fear of discrimination on the basis of sex, religion, ethnicity, status, or color. The exchange program seeks to accomplish this mission through hands-on exchanges & trainings in multiple sectors: agriculture, shelter, health, education, communication, leadership, environment, energy, peace and reconciliation, IT, business and entrepreneurship development, and water and food security. This cross-cultural experience will allow participating youth to understand how other people live, behave, and act. The program will also help these individuals acquire practical knowledge in technology, entrepreneurship, and small business development.
OBJECTIVES
- To promote the International Youth Educational, Cultural and Technical Exchange and through African, European, and US Universities.
- To encourage the acquisition of foreign languages, including English, French, Chinese, and Arabic, in order to create a more universal and interconnected world.
- To motivate and prepare young professionals to become small business owners in a variety of developmental fields after completing their college and Universities’ education.
- To utilize the Discover the World Exchange Program in Agricultures and Animal husbandry to connect African rural college graduates with Agriculture, Modern Farming Entrepreneurship, and Affordable Housing Entrepreneurship programs in Europe, Asia, and the United States.
- To use the Discover the World Professional and Technical Exchange Program to send Information and Communications Technology (ICT) professionals and recently graduated students to partake in in ICT technology exchanges with educational institutions, NGOs, Government leaders, Entrepreneurs, and Community based development leaders in Europe, China and the United States.
- To incentivize African youth to become socio-economic, innovation, and entrepreneurship practitioners and educators through the Technical and Professional Exchange programs with private and government institutions in Europe, Asia, and the United States.
- To prepare youth participants to become ambassadors for Public Health Professionals Without Borders.
- To reduce unemployment amongst graduates throughout Africa by implementing English and French language training, Entrepreneurship and Innovation training, and the Volunteer Teachers Programs.
- To promote the creation of clubs in schools, colleges, and universities in Africa that seek to accomplish the goals of the SE International Discover the World Professional and Technical Exchange Program.
- To enroll new graduates from universities and colleges into SE International’s and Partners’ Technical Mentorships, Public and Private companies, and NGOs to support the development of social entrepreneurship, project development, and management skills.
- To organize Technical and Professional Exchange Programs in addition to Rural and Urban Innovation and Technology and Entrepreneurship International Workshops or seminars every year in Europe or the United States and two separate regions.
- To organize national and regional technical and cultural exchange holidays workshops for middle and high schools focused on innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship.

Language for Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Technical Competencies Exchange Project
The project aims to promote cultural, educational, and technical exchange programs for recent African graduates who majored in French, English, Agric, sociology etc… Through these programs, graduates will be trained in information technology, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, familiarized in the terms such as Citizenship, Volunteerism, hands-on projects practice their language of focus while also receiving a certificate certifying their ability perform as a bilingual Entrepreneurship, Innovations, and Technology instructors for SE International and its partners NGOs, and schools.
OBJECTIVES
- To encourage French speaking and writing proficiency among new graduate students from English speaking countries in Africa, and the world at large.
- To encourage English speaking and writing proficiency among new graduate’s students from French speaking countries in Africa, and the world at large.
- To provide work experience opportunities for young professionals and recent graduates from universities in Africa, Europe and the United States who focused in in English, French, and other relevant subjects.
- To create an avenue for cultural and educational exchange among youth in Africa and the international community.
- To create opportunities for recent graduates majoring in French and English from Universities where English or French is not their native language.
- To give the trained bilingual teachers the opportunity to become instructors of language, entrepreneurship development, and innovations and technology in schools in Africa.
- To support the Organization of African Unity’s (OAU) and African regional entities’ efforts to include youth in entrepreneurship development and the promotion of job creation, reduce immigration issues, and advance peacebuilding efforts in Africa.
- To provide entrepreneurship development, IT, Small Business development and financial literacy training to the newly graduate students involved in the Program.
In-Country & Regional Youth Educational, Cultural, And Technical Exchange
The National & Regional Exchange Program are designed to expose current students ( Primary, Secondary , High School and University ) to different cultures and technologies within their countries and regions of origin. The program is also an opportunity to discuss and learn about civic duty, public health, hygiene, sanitation, and nutrition.
